A hidden gem! Heading down 211 Triple Oak Bakery is so unassuming. Thank goodness for the sign and flag marking it. Everything is incredible. .. so hard to believe it is gluten-free. I mean really. ..light breads? Gorgeous cakes? And the drinking chocolate is incredible with the tarts. The mint brownies are to die for. I wish we could have tried everything. The selection was impressive.
Everything we have had from Brooke at Triple Oak Bakery is amazing. It is wonderful that her little bakery is growing in our community.
Watching honey being poured over baklava fresh out of the oven while listening to the crackling and bubbling as the honey poured over the hot pastry made me wish i could stay to enjoy a piece. The smell of cinnamon filled the little bakery!

I like the personal touch. This bakery in Sperryville has a special charm. It is indeed personal. One knows eachother. I just called after a couple of months of silence and the owner immideately recognized my voice and called me by my name. This gives me a warm feeling. ...and I didn't even mention the close proximity to Skyline Drive and its breathtaking colors this time of the year.
Don't know what I'd do without you.
